For our client, we are seeking a CFO to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.
This executive will own the financial strategy and capital planning for a well-capitalized, family-owned banking organization. The role partners closely with the CEO and senior leadership to support M&A activity, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. This is a high-impact opportunity to strengthen FP&A, liquidity, and risk management while helping guide long-term growth.
Location: Kansas City, KS - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $450,000 – $500,000 annually
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning and capital allocation decisions, including M&A activities.
- Lead and mentor accounting and finance teams, fostering a data-driven, growth-oriented culture.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain strong rapport with regulators and auditors.
- Oversee capital planning, including liquidity, interest rate risk, and investment portfolios to optimize returns.
- Enhance FP&A functions to provide robust forecasting, modeling, and strategic insights.
Qualifications
- Bank CFO experience with oversight of multiple entities and P&L management.
- Expert in regulatory matters and audit processes, including managing OCC exams.
- Proven ability to lead FP&A transformations and harness data analytics for decision-making using tools like Snowflake and Power BI.
