Job Description
The role is a part of Revenue Operations and requires you to work closely with senior leadership, to drive cross functional projects initiated by CCMO and SVP Operations. This role requires you to collaborate with multiple teams, solve complex business critical problems and manage organisation wide initiatives. Candidates having similar experience and great interpersonal skills is desirable.
Role expectation
- Develop keen understanding of business, build strong relationship with key stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex, unstructured business problems
- Enable data and insights based decision making, and present high quality analysis and recommendations
- Ability to identify problems and areas for improvement, and recommend long term strategic solutions
- Continue to push stakeholders to think big in developing or re-design processes and systems that can create transformational business impact
- Managing stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business on operational milestones, process changes, and escalations.
Qualifications
Good to have
- 8-12 years of work experience
- MBA from a top-tier college; or bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with relevant work experience preferred
- Strong research and data analytics background with the ability to quickly find insights to drive business outcome
- Track record of developing and managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders successfully
- Work experience in Management Consulting or SaaS industry is a plus
- Positive attitude, self-starter, and high emotional intelligence (EQ)
