In this high-growth, execution-focused company, the
Sales Operations Manager will support our leaders and teams through process improvement, operational execution, and strategic guidance. This role will align with EMEA Sales Operations and help develop a cohesive, strategic approach to our GTM approach for our EMEA business. Reporting directly to the Senior Director, EMEA Sales Operations, this is an opportunity to partner closely with executives and senior leadership to help shape the growth trajectory of a market-leading, pre-IPO software company.
As The EMEA Sales Operations Manager, You Will
- Work with GTM Operations and Sales leadership teams to develop, implement, and lead the operational infrastructure and strategy to drive the business forward
- Provide ongoing operational support to the First Line Managers and Second Line Managers
- Lead a weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadence for EMEA sales regions with forecast reviews, pipeline analysis, and operational enhancements, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations leadership to drive operational excellence through best practice sharing and process adoption across the sales organization
- Operate as an agent of change, driving timely and effective communication to all cross-functional stakeholders
- Make data driven recommendations to help improve productivity and performance, and provide actionable insights into the business
- Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to improve collaboration and overall business process
- Work in key sales process applications including, but not limited to Clari, SFDC, PowerBI, and others
- Partner with GTM Operations team members on various cross-functional processes and analytics to unlock data reporting and insights and propose opportunities for Sales
- Develop strong working relationships and planning programs with internal Business Application teams to design new and optimize current workflows
- Identify and implement automation components into processes and tech stack to drive efficiencies enabling Tricentis to have frictionless engagements with its Customers
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of related work experience required, ideally in a publicly traded, or $100M+ ARR SaaS company + Master degree OR 5+ years of related work experience required + Bachelor's Degree
- Experience working in high performing regional or global Sales Ops teams
- Exceptional quantitative and MS Excel skills (i.e. sumifs, index/match, vlookup, table formulas, and pivot tables)
- Experience with systems processes and data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Preference for familiarity with Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Communities, Clari, Tableau or PowerBI
- Ability to self-manage, scope, prioritize & communicate operational work deliverables.
- Ability to interface with all functions and teams.
- Experience working in a fast paced, complex, and dynamic environment.
- Experience working with system architects, Data Warehouse and BI developers, translating business requirements into technical language, and ensuring effective QA / UAT of data solution delivery.
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
