ABOUT THE ROLE
Client is expanding rapidly in international markets. We are looking for a mature, seasoned finance leader to be the financial backbone of this growth. The Global CFO will own financial oversight of the international business and large international contracts. They will also lead engagement with APAC, European and US investors and drive capital raising for global expansion and data-centre investments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Financial Oversight, Strategy & Leadership
- Provide financial oversight of the international business and large international contracts, including structuring, pricing, risk and profitability.
- Support the company's expansion across large Asian markets through financial planning, structuring and governance.
- Partner with the leadership team on strategy, budgeting, forecasting and investor reporting.
- Build and lead the international finance function, including the Finance Controller and the Company Secretary function (internal or outsourced).
B. Investor Relations & Capital Raising
- Work with APAC, European and US investors, and manage relationships with current and prospective investors.
- Support international fundraising and capital raising initiatives.
- Arrange debt and equity funding for international expansion and data-centre investments.
REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Technical & Functional Skills
- Senior finance leader with a proven track record in international fundraising, investor relations and structured debt and equity financing.
- Hands-on experience working with APAC, European and US investors.
- Strong exposure to Asian markets, with experience of large-scale or capital-intensive businesses (data centres, infrastructure, technology) preferred.
- Experience managing large international contracts and building finance and governance teams.

American, Chinese or Western professional with strong Asian market exposure
