Key Responsibilities
- Financial Strategy & Executive Leadership: Own corporate financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, financial performance, capital allocation, and long-term financial planning.
- IPO Leadership & Execution: Directly own and lead the company's IPO process, including IPO readiness, financial due diligence, audited financial statements, financial disclosures, internal controls, and coordination with investment banks, legal counsel, auditors, and institutional investors.
- Public-Company Readiness: Establish the financial reporting, accounting, governance, SEC compliance, and investor-relations infrastructure required for a successful public listing and ongoing public-company obligations.
- Capital Formation: Lead institutional equity fundraising, structured debt transactions, project finance, and other financing initiatives to support multi-billion-dollar infrastructure development.
- Infrastructure & Project Finance: Oversee financial modeling, investment analysis, project economics, financing structures, and capital deployment across power generation, data centers, AI infrastructure, and related assets.

- M&A & Strategic Transactions: Lead acquisitions, joint ventures, valuations, financial due diligence, and strategic investment transactions.
- Investor & Board Relations: Serve as the principal financial liaison to the Board, institutional investors, lenders, investment banks, and strategic capital partners.
- Financial Governance & Controls: Build scalable accounting systems, financial controls, audit processes, and risk-management frameworks that support organizational growth and regulatory compliance.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing finance organization capable of supporting complex financing activities and public-market requirements.
