ROLE: SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST/ DATA ANALYST- SALES OPERATIONS
LOCATION: CHENNAI (RELOCATION CANDIDATES DO NOT APPLY)
We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join its Sales Operations team to develop forward-thinking, data-driven recommendations for sales.
Must Have's:
● Extensive knowledge of Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, Salesforce CRM
● Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions
● Ability to communicate effectively across all functions and levels of the organization
● Proven ability to develop new ideas and creative solutions
● 2 years of analytical work experience in investment banking or consulting industries, and an additional 3+ years previous experience working on a Sales Analysis/Pipeline activities/ Sales Compensation/Incentive Compensation
Responsibilities:
● Work collaboratively across functional teams to develop and advance sophisticated, quantitative analysis, translating internal and external data into actionable insights
● Analyze sales data and performance metrics. Calculate and track quota attainment via Google Sheets
● Provide analytical support and reporting on forecasting + pipeline activities, stake/goal setting, compensation, individual seller performance metrics, and quarterly business reviews
● Participate in developing strategy, processes, and operating procedures to a growing Sales organization
