Job Title: AM - Revenue Operations (Sales) Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their data needs and provide relevant insights.
• Prepare and present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Use reports and dashboards to build presentation slides to support regular and ad-hoc reporting.
• Monitor the accuracy of sales data and ensure data integrity within Salesforce.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.
• Work with our finance team to align and integrate our systems and data.
• Other reporting and dashboard development as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales analysis or related role.
• Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Experience with Oracle ERP and PowerBI a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
