Chief Revenue Officer - Asiaville
Responsibilities
· Primary revenue responsibility for Asiaville overall, driving synergies across the App, Digital Media and OTT businesses to meet and exceed revenue targets.
· Design and implement strategic planning process and annual business plans for all business units to drive revenue growth
· Spearhead and create revenue growth opportunities on B2C and B2B streams for AyeVee, a cutting edge product poised at the intersection of Content, Gaming and Technology.
· Spearhead efforts to streamline processes, optimize resource allocation, and drive performance improvements, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence across the company
· Refining tactics and strategy to cultivate strong unit economics and bottom line while driving robust top line growth as core mandate
· Monitor the marketplace and analyse opportunities across key business verticals, providing competitive strategies and tactics, with a focus on future forward strategy in a cutting edge Media-Tech environment
· Drive collaborations with finance, content, product management, sales and marketing teams on messaging, pricing strategies, and business models for achieving revenue goals
· Working closely with CEO to define revenue and growth roadmap for Asiaville to establish its position as a leading Media-Tech player globally
· Regular interactions with the company Board and investor reach outs for future fundraising
Requirements and skills
· Prior experience of at least 10 years in diverse leadership roles, driving and implementing revenue growth, preferably with a focus on Consumer-Tech or Media- Tech companies.
· Proven track record of growing revenue through new-product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
· Thorough experience in general management and P&L supervision
· Prior experience working with start-ups on achieving and growing Product Market Fit (PMF) through revenue growth for a consumer focused app is preferred
· Being passionate about Media, Technology and Gaming is a plus
· Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic start up with an ambitious vision and mandate
· Ability to work with stakeholders across departments and roles in a collaborative manner
· Being results-oriented
