We are looking for a dynamic and commercially driven CFO for an FMCG company based in Chandigarh to take overall charge of the organisation's business operations and lead its strategic and operational growth. The role extends beyond traditional financial management, encompassing overall business leadership, operational efficiency, profitability and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management and functioning of the business.
- Drive business strategy, organisational priorities and execution of key objectives.
- Oversee finance, accounts, budgeting, cash flows, profitability and financial controls.
- Lead business operations, including manufacturing, procurement, supply chain, inventory and distribution.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and business performance.
- Drive cost optimisation, operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Lead and monitor cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and effective execution.
- Review business performance, identify improvement areas and drive corrective actions.
Skills & Qualification :
- CA / MBA Finance or equivalent qualification.
- 15–20 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, consumer goods or manufacturing.
- Prior experience in a senior finance leadership or business leadership role.
- Strong understanding of finance, commercial operations, manufacturing and supply chain.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage overall business operations.
- Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities.
