Revenue Operations team is seeking a tenured
Revenue Systems Lead (f/m/d) to oversee the design, optimization, and management of our revenue tech stack—including HubSpot, Salesforce, and other technologies. You will play a pivotal role in architecting scalable systems, driving operational excellence, and mentoring a small but mighty team (2-3 direct reports) as a player-coach. You will partner with cross-functional teams including Growth, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to ensure systems align with business goals and enable data-driven decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
As the Revenue Operations Systems Lead, you will in particular work on the following topics:

- Revenue System Architecture Design - You will architect Moss’ revenue tooling ecosystem (including data integrations, enrichments, workflows and automations) creating seamless and positive customer and agent journeys.
- Cross-Departmental Alignment - You will proactively gather business requirements across CX, Growth, and Sales teams and translate them into strategic roadmaps for the tooling team. Your efforts will translate commercial business needs into impactful, best-practice solutions.
- Revenue Technology Championing - You will serve as gatekeeper and subject matter expert for revenue technology, both internally and externally with our vendors. You will champion revenue technology adoption, ensuring stakeholders understand and leverage systems to their fullest potential.
- CRM and Tooling Administration - You will oversee and own the administration of Salesforce, HubSpot, Salesloft as well as other other commercial tools. You will monitor system performance, resolving bugs and providing necessary fixes/updates.
- Vendor Management: - You will build and manage vendor relationships in alignment with Moss’ business needs and objectives.
- Playing & coaching - You will lead by example, guiding the team while actively contributing hands-on. You'll dive into execution, taking ownership of key aspects of the tooling landscape and driving their setup and optimization.
About You
We think you’ll need the following
experience and qualifications to succeed in this role:
- Prior experience in CRM administration, owning the integration and management of various revenue systems and tools (sales automation, lead management, etc.), ideally in a B2B/SaaS context.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and HubSpot preferred (bonus points for CPQ).
- Proven experience leading and mentoring teams.
- A track record of designing scalable revenue tools and processes that deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Proven to operate in the present but implement tools, systems and processes that allow the company to scale into the future
- Proven ability to prioritse across multiple stakeholders and business priorities to maximise business outcomes in both shorter and longer term objectives
- Experience leading small but high performing teams either as a leader, as a thought leader or as a player coach
In addition, here are the
skills and attributes we are looking for:
- Customer Centric - You have deep knowledge and expertise in best-practice business and revenue processes, coupled with an ability to empathise with the needs and pains of customers and internal stakeholders.
- Impact Driven - You value quality over quantity and simplicity over complexity. You have a data-driven mindset, and prioritize your topics based on the problem to solve and its commercial impact.
- Impactful Leader - You build high performing teams by providing direction and creating a supportive culture based on mutual trust. You successfully inspire, empower and influence those you interact with.
- Self Starter - You are in the driver seat of all topics and projects, applying a "can do" attitude and an insatiable curiosity to help you tackle complex situations.
