Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
Identify and seize new market opportunities to expand market presence and client base.
Build and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring the alignment of team goals with overall company objectives.
Collaborate with the executive team to design and refine operational processes that support sales growth.
Operational Leadership
Oversee daily operations to ensure high levels of efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational procedures to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Ensure operational compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Market Analysis & Business Development
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners.
Participate in industry networking events to represent the company and build a strong professional presence.
Team Leadership
Foster a motivating and performance-driven culture within the sales and operations teams.
Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential.
Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales and operations management, ideally within the moving or logistics industry.
Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.
Skills & Abilities
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and grow teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
A strategic mindset coupled with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Other Requirements
Clean driving record and willingness to comply with the company's drug testing program.
Ability to relocate to Mesa, AZ prior to starting work.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.
