We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be passionate about teaming, have the desire to overcome challenges, and contribute innovative ideas to our rapidly growing business. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting account teams throughout the sales cycle and ensuring requests are dealt with promptly and accurately. The candidate will be a trusted advisor and demonstrate expertise and insights to sales leaders. This position reports to the Senior Director of Sales Operations.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Minimum five years of previous experience in a Sales Operations role or work experience in a related discipline (Business Operations, Marketing Operations, Finance).
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales executives and managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Has strong analytical skills and demonstrated proficiency in reporting metrics to key business stakeholders.
- Advanced understanding of CRM and strong experience with reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Experience in reviewing and auditing contracts/statements of work.
Responsibilities:
- Support account teams and sales leaders with operational support, training, and guidance.
- Closely monitors pipeline health and collaborates with sellers to produce accurate forecasting.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate records in CRM by researching and utilizing sales data management tools.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to policies and compliance requirements.
- Analyses data and produces sales reports/KPIs with recommendations to the team.
- Aids in account research and drives sales strategies.
- Maintains training and process documentation and proactively identifies areas of efficiency and automation in the sales process.
- Manages funding process and partner portal.
- Works collaboratively with other departments, teaming with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Sales and IT, and Field Operations, and supports our Alliance Partners.
