Role Overview:
The Senior Revenue Operations Process Manager will be responsible for leading the documentation, setup, and management of revenue-related processes across the organization. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in process management, change management, and process roll-out initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of processes that drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Management Documentation: Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive process maps and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all revenue-related processes to ensure clarity and consistency across the organization.
- Process Setup and Optimization: Lead the setup and optimization of revenue processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: Facilitate change management initiatives related to process improvements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations. Provide training and support to teams on new processes.
- Process Roll-Out: Oversee the roll-out of new and updated processes, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are informed and equipped to implement changes effectively.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and product to align processes with organizational goals and ensure effective communication across functions.
- Performance Measurement: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor process effectiveness and efficiency. Regularly review and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for further improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly soliciting feedback from teams, analyzing process performance, and implementing enhancements as needed.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience in sales operations/revenue operations, or a similar role within a technology startup or fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- Expertise in sales processes, CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), and marketing automation tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align revenue operations with overall business goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different departments and levels of the organization.
