Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete deal process from initial structuring to final closure.
- Collaborate with senior leaders within the Revenue organization to uphold process integrity and mitigate delays.
- Provide essential support to Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Account Managers across diverse teams.
- Implement internal best practices to optimize deal profitability.
- Manage discount processes and ensure accurate updates across all systems with detailed deal information.
- Facilitate order management, including order processing and customer quote creation.
- Ensure accurate booking in our CRM and assist in provisioning products and services.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to drive system improvements and initiatives.
- Identify and address system issues in collaboration with the Business Systems team.
- Streamline the sales approval and standardized contract generation processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Revenue Operations & Enablement, Finance, Product, and Legal teams.
- Utilize systems expertise to automate deal flow and validation procedures.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the deals desk, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall deal experience.
- Introduce innovative best practices to position the Deals Desk & Order Management team as proactive leaders within the Revenue organization.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in providing support to sales teams.
- Ability to maintain process integrity and avoid delays.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and order management processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales support or revenue operations roles.
- A background in the healthcare or SaaS industry is advantageous.
