Job Title: Sales Operations Specialist (Hybrid - MST Preferred)
Location: Hybrid role with a preference for candidates in the Denver area OR Pacific Northwest and Mountain West regions.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to support our client by enhancing efficiency and accuracy in sales and financial data management. This role serves as a central resource for CRM and sales enablement tools, ensuring data integrity and facilitating seamless onboarding for new hires. You’ll be instrumental in managing sales reports, delivering CRM training, and collaborating with the Marketing team to support events and the adoption of new tools.
Key Responsibilities
CRM and Sales Enablement Support
- Deliver CRM training for new hires and provide ongoing refresher sessions for the sales team on the sales process.
- Act as the primary contact for CRM-related inquiries.
- Support deployment and optimal use of sales enablement tools, training team members to maximize effectiveness.
- Monitor usage data and engage with team members to enhance adoption and understanding of sales tools.
New Hire Onboarding
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with new hires to introduce resources and CRM tools.
- Ensure new hires have access to all essential resources and a thorough understanding of CRM functions.
Sales Reporting and Analytics
- Manage scorecards, leaderboards, and performance tracking to support strategic goals.
- Oversee growth reporting, including daily variance audits to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
- Verify and audit opportunity updates, commissions, and ensure data consistency.
Project Management and Data Integrity
- Maintain CRM data accuracy through regular reports and audits, addressing errors as needed.
- Conduct audits of new and delinquent opportunities and finalized deals to ensure data integrity.
- Oversee the Sales Intake Form process, ensuring all necessary information is included to avoid future commission issues.
Commission Management
- Verify commission documentation, including split confirmations, for accuracy.
- Perform quarterly audits to monitor for any changes in commission data.
- Track and address any discrepancies in commission records and missing revenue as needed.
Marketing and Event Collaboration
- Promote new tools and systems among team members, providing training and support as needed.
- Support local, regional, and national event planning in collaboration with the Marketing team, helping drive event promotion and attendance.
- Act as an initial reviewer for marketing materials related to events, ensuring accuracy.
Platform Administration
- Administer and monitor usage of key platforms, providing training and overseeing utilization to maximize efficiency.
- Manage user access, providing onboarding and training as necessary.
Executive Support
- Assist with preparing presentations, meeting support, and additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-driven with excellent time-management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience with CRM platforms, particularly Microsoft D365, Salesforce, or Applied Epic.
- Familiarity with tools such as MiEdge and Dun & Bradstreet is beneficial.
- Experience in a similar role within sales operations, sales enablement, or data management is highly desirable.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Background in sales support or operations, particularly with data management, reporting, or CRM systems, is a plus.
