Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Revenue Operations Specialist. The successful candidate will span multiple environments, teams, technologies, and stakeholders. Additionally, the ideal candidate will be an integral part of both development and operations.
Responsibilities:
• Support the Director of Revenue Operations Director to manage and optimize day-to-day revenue operations including lead management, pipeline tracking, reporting to Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors. Strong analytical skills to understand trends and figures
• Develop and maintain documentation for sales processes, policies, procedures and best practices
for revenue operations projects and programs. Identify and address program risks and issues
proactively, implementing mitigation strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Including, but
not limited to Win Rates and Sales Cycles, by rep, segment, product and other metrics.
• Assist in the implementation of new tools and technologies to improve sales efficiency and
effectiveness.
• Provide support on the development, and implementation of revenue operations programs,
processes, and initiative to improve sales productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for slide deck creation, analytical strategy, and
operating cadences, and develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to support successful
program execution.
• Support sales planning workstreams and operations to ensure successful execution of planning
activities such as territory design, consistent and timely alignment of territories, quotas, and sales
compensation plans.
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience in Revenue Operations or a similar role.
• Strong Salesforce Administration skills, Salesforce Certification highly preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing environments and work with tight deadlines.
• Ability to work with multiple projects at one time, and appropriately prioritize.
