Your Impact
APAC Sales Operations team in Opentext is growing, and we have an exciting opportunity to join the team! The role will be primarily supporting ANZ Sales team in their day-to-day operations and contributing to organizational success. Strong analytical skills and a pragmatic approach towards the responsibilities are essential to be successful in this role.
Important Note: This role will require someone to be able to work in Singapore Time Zone ( 6am IST -3pm IST ) to provide real time support for outside India.
What The Role Offers
- Deliver weekly forecast report and work with the sales team in weekly sales forecast submission.
- SFDC pipelines management to maintenance the SFDC hygiene.
- Liaise with internal departments incl. Billing Operations, Legal, Deal Desk, Rev Rec etc. to assist the sales team in deal close process.
- Revenue reconciliation to ensure the accuracy in revenue reporting and variance analysis.
- Annual business planning support including AE quota setting and account coverage mapping.
- Weekly headcount tracking the submission.
- Quarterly management reports e.g., regional performance KPIs, business review and AE attainment.
- Process improvements and creations where required.
- Other tasks / projects as assigned.
What You Need To Succeed
- Advanced Excel skills is a must and the ability to work independently with large volume of data.
- Bachelor’s degree in business / accountings
- 3+ years relevant experiences
- Diligent with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- High attention to details as well as the ability to see the big picture.
- The ability to think outside the box.
- The ability to work independently as well as a collaborator.
