General Responsibilities:
| Sales Pipeline & CRM Hygiene, Sales Pipeline Reports & Dashboards
| Track key metrics on Business Units, Service Lines & Customers/Accounts and provide snapshot of vital stats in advance for client meetings.
| Tracking Renewals/Repeat business and working with Salespersons & Delivery Teams to ensure follow-up and completion.
| Conduct basic market / client research and communicate findings.
| Be on the top of numbers/facts with respect to the Sales Pipeline, Wins/Losses & Business Units/Departments.
| Reporting & governance of key Operational levers & metrics.
| Streamlining, Formulation & Automation of Sales Pipeline Reports & Dashboards.
| Comparison, Analysis & Insights to key stakeholders including Management/Leadership.
| Seek inputs/feedback from various stakeholders to identity efficiency opportunities & drive associated initiatives to continuously improve process, performance & success of Milestone.
| Sales Performance, Sales Incentive/Compensation, Sales Productivity, Sales Efficiency & Effectiveness.
| Partner with other business units & influence strategic decisions.
| Manage, in collaboration with Service Lines, Marketing, and Sales, the offering development process.
| Drive the cadence & content for external advisor & market analyst meetings.
| Able to prepare fact sheets business reviews before any regional visit or client review so that the leadership is prepared with asking the right questions and key issues are brought out in advance.
Minimum Qualifications:
| Graduation in Finance / Commerce / Management.
| Well versed with MS Office especially with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
| Extremely organized with good time-management skills.
| Familiarity and understanding of CRM (NetSuite / Salesforce will be a plus).
| Detail-oriented, analytical, and inquisitive.
| Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
| Advanced analytical skills and knowledge.
| Intermediate presentation and written communication skills.
| Advanced tools and systems knowledge.
| Advanced project management skills.
| Advanced research skills and knowledge.
