Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Dillard's Inc. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic area. This includes managing a team of sales associates, promoting and driving sales, monitoring inventory levels, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
