Role: Sales Operations
Location: Okhla, New Delhi (On site)
Experience: 4-6 years
Immediate joiners preferred
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Aligning required paperwork like RO / SOF with sales team and clients / agencies
- P&L closures for all campaigns with Sales, Brand Strat and Finance
- Management for all reports - external with clients and internal with brand start and sales with support on campaign analysis
- Managing timely billing and collection with our vendors
- Working on SM backend for driving metrics for each campaign
- Understanding our social media, web + app deliveries and mapping it with client requirements
- Managing invoicing - internal and external with Finance team
- Connecting with vendors/influencers, getting payments out with the Finance team
- Bookings Management for all internal teams - travel, advances for Sales + Brand Strategy
- Work exp - sales ops / coordination with 4-6 yrs experience
- Prior experience in Digital / Media companies will be preferred
