The Role
As the Revenue Operations Leader, you'll own the technical infrastructure that powers our client's go-to-market motion. This high-impact role combines hands-on execution with strategic planning, offering a clear path to building and leading a team.
What You'll Do
- Serve as primary Salesforce Administrator and architect of GTM systems
- Design and implement data infrastructure and integrations across the tech stack
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics for sales and marketing
- Develop and execute lead-scoring systems
- Build and optimize sales and marketing operations processes
- Manage data enrichment pipelines and ensure data quality
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in CRM administration, Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, or RevOps
- Current Salesforce certification
- Proven experience with ETL/rETL processes and SQL
- Track record at a high-growth tech startup (seed to Series A experience preferred)
- Strong technical integration skills across enterprise platforms
- Experience with modern GTM tools (Apollo, Clay, enrichment tools)
Ideal Experience
- Experience scaling operations from seed to Series A stage
- Background in fintech or financial services
- Bachelor's degree in the STEM field
- Demonstrated ability to build and optimize complex systems
- History of high performance in fast-paced environments

- Custom enrichment pipelines
- Additional marketing and sales tools as needed
What We Offer
- Base Salary: $100,000 - $140,000
