Who You Are:
This key role will be responsible for supporting the sales organization by assisting with the analysis of our sales channel behaviors and data. This position will work with the manager of Sales Analytics and Technology, along with the VP of Sales Operations. The role will support the sales team across various activities focused on processes, implementation, automation and performance insights. The Sales Operations Specialist must be a highly motivated self-starter with strong computer skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Sales Insights & Success:
- Deliver sales performance and insights to enable Sales Managers and Sales Leadership to make faster, well-informed strategic business decisions.
- Develop and maintain sales success scores across field sales.
- Develop daily/weekly/monthly reports and Analytics
- Create Opportunity Scoring and incorporate into Forecast Models
Sales Operations Optimization:
- Lead Pricing input and reporting
- Monitor Opportunity, Account and Contact Entry
- Assist Sales Managers with Opportunity, Account and Pipeline Management
- Assist in Analytics Development / Auditing
- Lead Sales Commission Reporting / Statement Generation
- Workbook updates and enhancements

- You embrace technology from an advanced use of Microsoft Office applications to experience with database tools, applications and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- You're an excellent communicator both written and verbal, who can build and maintain effective working relationships as part of a team.
What You Bring:
- Intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel.
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration or related field.
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com) preferred but not necessary.
- Experience working with large data sets, in a fast-paced customer-service oriented environment.
- 1-3 years’ experience.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
