Sales Operations Specialist
Intentwise seeks a skilled Sales Operations Specialist to enhance the Sales process efficiency and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining our sales processes, boosting team efficiency, and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include leading projects focused on the lead-to-opportunity workflow and overseeing the management and implementation of sales technology tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what contributes to a high-performing Sales team, a strong interest in data-driven storytelling, and a knack for creating narratives that enhance team efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Tools and Training: Leading the setup of sales tools (e.g., CRM systems), training teams to leverage these tools, and standardizing operating procedures.

Process Optimization: Identifying and solving workflow inefficiencies and implementing scalable, systematic solutions.

Data-Driven Strategy: Analyzing data for key metrics, identifying trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-backed decision-making.
Required Skills and Experience:

4+ years of prior experience managing support processes is required. This can be from managing external customer Support teams/processes, but managing internal support teams of Sales Operations would be preferred

Prior experience with writing Standard Operating Procedures documentation preferred

Works well with ambiguous questions/requirements and can work through the problem/request to get to a solution

Prior experience working with Hubspot is a plus but not required, though would need to be learned.

Great communication and presentation skills (storytelling), Information flow and expectation management.

Lead the ideation for the team/org - process improvement/optimization and reengineering; able to identify and map out the complex business processes spread across the teams.
