Intentwise seeks a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to enhance sales process efficiency and drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be pivotal in refining sales workflows, improving team productivity, and implementing sales technology tools to streamline operations. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of high-performing sales teams, a passion for data-driven storytelling, and the ability to craft narratives that drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Sales Tools and Training:

Lead the setup, management, and optimization of sales tools (e.g., CRM systems).

Train teams to effectively utilize these tools and develop standardized operating procedures.
Process Optimization:-
Identify and resolve workflow inefficiencies to improve scalability and operational consistency.

Implement systematic solutions that drive efficiency across the sales organization.
Data-Driven Strategy:-
Analyze key sales metrics and trends to generate actionable insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Innovation and Process Reengineering:-
Drive process improvements, optimization, and reengineering across complex business workflows.

Develop and document comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Required Skills and Experience:

4+ years of experience managing support processes, preferably within Sales Operations or external customer support.

Proven experience in developing and documenting SOPs.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle ambiguous questions and requirements to develop practical solutions.

Prior experience working with HubSpot is a plus, as well as a willingness to learn and master it if unfamiliar.

Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to present insights and drive alignment across teams.

Demonstrated ability to identify, map, and optimize complex business processes across teams and functions.
