The Role In Brief
Deal Desk Associate
As a part of EAB’s Commercial Strategy and Operations team, this Deal Desk Associate position will be responsible for the accurate and timely creation and booking of sales and renewal agreements. The Deal Desk Associate will work with diverse groups within the company to gather revenue and contractual information and ensure the Company’s contracting and pricing infrastructure matches the information recorded in signed contracts.
This role is based in Washington, D.C.
Primary Responsibilities
- Review customer contracts and enter contract pricing, invoicing, and term information into contracting and pricing infrastructure
- Build new sales and renewal contracts in customer management system and support contract creation process
- Act as liaison between legal, finance and commercial teams to ensure the proper and timely exchange of data
- Other miscellaneous revenue analysis projects
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree
- 0-1+ years of experience
- Excellent academic record
- Must possess at least two of the following:
- Customer experience
- Experience working in a team environment
- Experience working in an office setting
- Demonstrated attention to detail, specifically regarding data entry
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, CRM systems, or databases
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to manage details and organize
Ideal Qualifications
- Proven performance in a detail-oriented functional area or educational setting
- Experience developing personal organization tactics to meet business goals
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as part of a team
- Solution-focused problem solving
- Ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone with internal employees and external contacts

- Experience handling confidential and sensitive information

Compensation
The anticipated starting salary for this role is $40,000 per year.
