Role Description
We’re looking for a strategic thinker to join our growing team as a RevOps Strategist. This contract role is ideal for someone experienced in revenue operations and eager to work with high-growth clients at the strategic layer. You’ll collaborate with clients to design strategies for their HubSpot and CRM ecosystems, while supported by a network of skilled HubSpot administrators to handle implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their CRM needs and develop effective strategies to optimize revenue operations within HubSpot.
- Conduct regular data quality audits and cleanup to ensure accurate, reliable information in the CRM.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, workflows, and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for CRM enhancements and provide recommendations for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals.
- Provide strategic input for sales enablement and go-to-market strategies, ensuring long-term success for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience with HubSpot, with a strong understanding of the Sales, Marketing, and Support Hubs (Pro & Enterprise).
- 3+ years in Revenue, Marketing, or Sales Operations (preferred).
- Proven ability to think strategically and manage client relationships effectively.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines consistently.
- HubSpot certifications are a plus.
Compensation & Contract Details
- Compensation: $50 - $75 USD/hour, based on experience.
- Hours: 10-20 hours per week, with potential for more as we scale.
- Flexible remote position, with the opportunity to work on exciting and impactful projects.
