As part of our growth we are looking for a
Senior Sales Operations Manager who will play an instrumental role to support the Exclaimer Sales ROW team. The SOM will focus on all sales operations activities including implementing processes, improving data quality, and managing all aspects of the day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sales Operations team
- Developing and implementing sales processes
- Researching and analyzing data to facilitate where the sales team focuses
- Collaborating with other departments and upper management to identify business goals
- Identifying sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and customer trends
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase process efficiency
- Manage CRM tools to maximize opportunities and sales opportunities
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Minimum 6 years of sales, channel or financial operations experience
- Extensive experience using Salesforce
- Progressive and demonstrated relevant experience with all facets of sales/channel operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to delegate initiatives and drive results through team performance.
- Proven and relevant management experience in a fast-paced Sales Operations organization.
- Demonstrated management skill and ability to oversee a team.
- Possess exemplary interpersonal skills including influencing, negotiations and teamwork.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- SaaS and B2B experience preferred
