We're looking for a Sales Operation Coordinator to join our team in London as part of our Sales function.
Your Team: You will report to the Sales Operations Lead, you will help to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales process to improve the overall productivity of our sales teams.
Your Role: You will be an integral part of the sales operations function supporting commercial teams across Intelligence, eLearning, Advisory and Events products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Key point of contact for sales, customer success and marketing teams on all sales operations queries
- Administrative support in Salesloft including coordination of users and sales cadences
- Maintenance of commercial reports and dashboards in Salesforce and Google Sheets
- Coordinating and maintaining documentation relating to sales process and training
- Onboarding new users to Salesloft and Salesforce
- Liaising with marketing to ensure the timely delivery of leads to sales teams
- Reviewing sales pipeline data to ensure it is accurate and well maintained
- You are an advocate and ally for diversity, equity and inclusion
- You are a connector, working hard to ensure people and projects are not inadvertently siloed or silenced
Your Experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Hard working and motivated to deliver high standards of work
- Personable and approachable with good communication skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Gmail, Drive and other Google applications
- Experience using Salesforce and/or Salesloft preferred
