Sales Operations Analyst
The Sales Operations Analyst role is essential for optimizing our sales processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and supporting our sales leaders and executives. This position will leverage Salesforce and Tableau to provide valuable insights, streamline operations, and ultimately drive revenue growth.
What you will be doing:
Analyze and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Utilize Salesforce to manage and track sales activities, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide actionable insights to the sales team.
Collaborate with sales leaders and executives to understand their needs and provide data-driven recommendations.
Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Support the sales team with ad-hoc reporting and data requests.
Ensure data integrity and consistency across all sales systems and tools.
Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives
What you'll likely bring:
Proven experience as a Sales Operations Analyst or similar role.
Proficient in Salesforce and Tableau.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with sales leaders and executives.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in the technology or software industry.
Advanced Excel skills.
Knowledge of other data visualization tools.
