About Klarity
Klarity (YC S18) automates Unstructured-Document workflows using GenAI. Our vision is a future of Exponential Organizations - companies that can hyper-scale without vast operational teams of humans reading documents.
Our customers include companies like Google, Cloudflare, CrowdStrike, DoorDash, and Zoom. They use Klarity to 1) save time and money, 2) reduce compliance risk, and 3) speed up manual contract review.
We closed a $70m Series B in June 2024, are experiencing hyper growth, aggressively scaling our GTM functions, and are seeking a first-hire, highly-motivated, data-driven Revenue Operations Leader to join.
Job Overview
Your role will be to drive excellence in execution in this landscape, and build the systems, metrics and reporting to monitor and fuel the health, efficiency and scalability of the GTM landscape. The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven decision making and has a strong track record of building and optimizing systems, processes and revenue operations to support ongoing growth. This role will sit within Finance, but work incredibly closely with the Head of Sales.
- Systems Ownership: Optimize the stack of applications used across the customer lifecycle – assessing utilization of existing systems and capabilities, bringing perspective on where and why changes may be needed, leading the selection and implementation of changes.
- Metrics and Analytics: Responsible for pipeline, deal and related GTM metrics, KPIs, and dashboards, you will develop and maintain these to provide single-source-of-truth information from which insights may be gained, strategic decisions made, Board and other reporting compiled and more.
- Planning: Be forward-looking, driving revenue forecasting and performance planning in collaboration with Finance and Sales leadership. Ensure revenue goals are appropriate, and link out to corresponding compensation plans, territory structures, and other GTM strategies.
- Collateral and Enablement: Support the Sales and Marketing teams in their GTM efforts, ranging from creating collateral to using data to assess the health of selected GTM strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and other orgs to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies, contributing heavily on topics such as Compensation Plans, Deal Desk, and Pricing & Packaging.
- Maniacal Execution: Obsess over creating, streamlining and executing against processes in the GTM space.
