Position Overview
Improved Sales Efficiency: Streamlined processes and optimized workflows lead to increased productivity and reduced sales cycle times. Enhanced Data-Driven Decision Making: Data-driven insights enable sales teams to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth. Increased Sales Effectiveness: Effective sales enablement programs empower sales teams to sell more effectively. Key Responsibilities
Program Design and Implementation:
Support Group Sales leadership in developing comprehensive program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Process Optimization:
- Analyze existing sales processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure process effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.
Data and Analytics:
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales data to gain valuable insights.
- Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports to track performance and identify trends.
- Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive sales growth.
Sales Enablement:
Development and delivery of specific training (process, reporting) to improve skills and knowledge.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple sales-related projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, finance, and IT, to ensure project success.
Change Management:
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Communicate effectively with sales teams to address concerns and build buy-in.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or information technology.
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)
- Advanced proficiency in Power BI
- Advanced proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL).
- Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- In-depth understanding of sales processes and best practices.
