📌 Role: Business Operations / Hiring Ops
📍 Locations & Work Model:
- Toronto – 3 days onsite per week (CAD 110K)
- Bay Area (San Jose) – Initially 2 days/week onsite for 1 month, then 1 day/week (or 4–5 days/month)
- Austin / Seattle – 2 days/week onsite
- Remote flexibility available (priority for CA-based candidates)
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to gather and qualify hiring requirements
- Manage requisitions and support headcount planning & budget approvals in collaboration with HR and Finance teams
- Coordinate with HR/Finance leadership (including VP level) for approvals
- Own and manage process workflows, reporting, and operational tracking
- Partner with sourcing teams by sharing requirements (no direct interviewing involved)
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and team activities/events
- Assist in performance reviews and organizational structure planning
✅ Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Ops / HR Ops / Sales Ops / Program Coordination
- Strong experience in requisition management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / reporting dashboards
- Experience working with Hiring Managers, HR, and Finance teams
- Background in HR Operations is a strong plus
