Location: London Office 2 days, WFH 3 days
Type: 1 Year Contract (Possible 2 years)
Day rate: £250pd inside IR35

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will:
- Act as the go-to expert for troubleshooting and supporting a team of sales agents using Salesforce, Amazon Connect, and related tools.
- Drive projects that enhance sales agent productivity, delivering both short-term gains and long-term improvements.
- Manage the lead pass process from marketing to sales, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights to sales managers to drive channel efficiency.
- Partner with key stakeholders to improve the sales agent experience and optimize tools like Salesforce.

Technical Tools & Experience
- Proven experience supporting sales teams using Salesforce.
- Intermediate Excel skills (data manipulation and presentation).
- Familiarity with tools such as Alteryx, Eloqua, Adobe eSign, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, HVS, SalesLoft, Qlik, and Tableau is a strong plus.
