We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing sales team.
This role will play a critical part in optimising post-sale processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient client onboarding experience, and maintaining a clean and organised CRM. You will also analyse team KPIs, streamline workflows, and support data-driven decision-making across the sales team. We are seeking a personable and approachable individual who excels at building strong relationships and consistently demonstrates exceptional problem-solving skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and improve the after-sales process, including chasing missing client documentation to expedite onboarding
- Maintain and optimise the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Analyse team performance metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance sales efficiency
- Comfortable talking to clients on a daily basis via phone & video calls
- Develop and document standardised processes for the sales team and ensure their implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales operations with business objectives
- Generate regular performance reports and dashboards for the sales leadership team
- Assist in implementing and managing sales tools to improve team productivity
- Identify opportunities to automate tasks and improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, sales operations, sales support, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot) and data analysis tools
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments
- Familiarity with sales and onboarding workflows is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
