Job Overview:
Neolytix is seeking an experienced Sales professional to lead and drive revenue growth through effective management of our onshore and offshore sales teams. This role focuses on increasing sales in the mid-market healthcare provider segment, including Independent Physician Associations (IPAs), multi-location clinics, Community Hospitals and Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
The ideal candidate has a strong background in Healthcare SaaS or tech-enabled services sales and a proven track record in building and coaching high-performance sales teams that drive funnel results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage inside sales teams based both in Chicago and the Philippines to achieve revenue targets. This includes training, performance management, and professional development
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand relationships with healthcare providers in the mid-market segment. Work with marketing to align sales efforts with inbound and outbound campaigns
- Targeting & Engagement: Leverage tools like Definitive Healthcare, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and warmly.ai to drive smarter outbound campaigns. Align sales activities with inbound website traffic to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design outbound campaigns and improve lead generation. Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure optimal sales engagement and customer acquisition
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in processes and results. Manage daily and monthly quotas for Sales reps and analyze funnel performance to improve success of outbound campaigns. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the mid-market healthcare space, focusing on IPAs, multi-location clinics, and ASCs. Visit Client locations for high value deals
- Sales Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process, including CRM optimization and sales workflows
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5-10 years of inside sales experience with a focus on Healthcare SaaS or tech-enabled services
- Sales Management: Proven experience leading and coaching high-performance inside sales teams
- Sales Operations Management – Work with the reps to assign targets and analyze funnel performance to coach individuals and deliver improved sales funnel results
- Healthcare Focus: Preference for candidates with experience selling to IPAs, multi-location clinics, and ASCs. Experience of working with Definitive Healthcare data for sales is a plus
- Tools Proficiency: Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Sales engagement tools like HubSpot and warmly.ai to drive targeted campaigns
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and optimize sales performance metrics
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, capable of effectively managing teams across different geographies
- CRM and Sales Tools: Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365 or Salesforce, and the ability to use data analytics for driving performance improvements
