Assist Sales with complex deal structure and pricing
Address each order's unique request, generate pricing for all deals, and build relevant order forms
Process quotes post-signature and collaborate with Finance for invoicing
Manage discounting approvals when needed
Triage incoming ad-hoc reseller requests and route to the appropriate salesperson or department, when needed
Educate and articulate finance process/ limitations to prospective customers
Connect with sales team via email, Slack and Salesforce as system of record
Analyze and review all deals for accuracy
Recommend process improvements, and collaborate with other Vyond team to identify and resolve issues
Ensure deals follow all company policies

1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations and a software sales environment
SaaS or B2B experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software, Excel, CPQ tools, Zuora preferred
Strong analytical skills
Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized
Experience in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive and motivated self-starter with minimal need for direction
Highly organized – ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and passionate “all hands on deck” culture
Develop a deep understanding of company policies
