TITLE: Manager, Custom Sales
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Hospital
PRIMARY LOCATION: New York Metro Area (primarily virtual, but some in person meetings required)
The HALO division of Halo Dream is seeking a dynamic and confident professional with proven success in custom sales to join our team as a Custom Sales Manager. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving significant growth in custom logo swaddle orders by refining order management processes, boosting customer engagement, and enhancing design quality. Your mission will be to increase revenue and solidify our market presence by delivering outstanding custom products that not only meet but exceed customer expectations, while building strong brand loyalty for HALO. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of success in sales or account management, showcasing their ability to achieve high customer renewal rates.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage the custom logo business for new & existing accounts
- Develop new opportunities to expand the business into new channels.
- Oversee the processing of all custom swaddle orders from start to finish.
- Ensure accurate entry of custom designs and specifications in our order management system.
- Monitor and track the status of custom orders to ensure timely production & delivery.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm design details, address inquiries, and resolve any issues that arise.
- Review design proofs and make necessary adjustments to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of all custom orders, including design details, customer interactions, and order status.
- Identify and recommend improvements to streamline the order fulfillment process.
- Implement best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Desired Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience working in a custom sales, sales operations or customer service role
- Proven experience building strong customer relationships and revenue growth
- Ability to work within a CRM (Hubspot preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Customer first attitude focused on satisfaction
- Ability to work independently in a lean organization: detail-oriented, self-starter, curious, hands-on
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of individuals and audiences
- Skilled in problem solving, prioritizing, organizing and managing multiple projects
- Prior experience working with hospitals, distributors, non-profit organizations a plus
- “Win together” mentality and ability to work collaboratively cross-functionally

Salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our compensation package, which also includes a comprehensive set of benefits and incentive plan. The annual base salary hiring range for this position is $70,000-$75,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate's location, skill level and experience.
