Job Title: Sales Operations Lead - Retail

Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate between Sales and Operations Teams: Act as a liaison to ensure alignment, resolve issues, and improve overall efficiency.
· Minimize Returns (RTO): Analyze return trends, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to reduce returns.
· Ensure Smooth Returns Verification Process (RVP): Oversee the returns verification process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of returns.
· Facilitate Stock Audits: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to conduct regular stock audits, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
· Sales Process Optimization: Continuously review and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
· Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and logistics teams.
· Process Documentation and Compliance: Ensure that all sales operations processes are documented, up-to-date, and compliant with company policies and regulatory requirements.
· Identify and Mitigate Risks: Proactively identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.
· Continuously Improve Sales Operations: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to optimize sales operations.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in sales operations, logistics, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in minimizing returns, improving sales processes, and facilitating stock audits
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with sales operations software
Nice to Have:
- Experience with data analytics tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management
- Certification in sales operations, logistics, or a related field
