The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Associate to join our team in Toronto. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our revenue processes, analyzing company data, and leveraging low-code tools and AI-powered solutions to drive operational efficiency and business growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Data-Driven Execution: Develop and manage automated workflows to support Go-To-Market (GTM) teams by leveraging low-code platforms, APIs, and basic coding skills.
- System Integration: Create and maintain integrations between key tools in the GTM stack (e.g., Hubspot) to ensure seamless data flow and process efficiency.
- Pipeline Optimization: Partner with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the pipeline is clean, accurate, and actionable, using automation and AI-driven insights.
- Outbound Strategy: Partner with sales, and marketing to drive automated outbound campaigns using tools like Clay and Cargo to execute multi-channel outreach programs.
- Reporting and Insights: Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into key metrics such as pipeline health, sales velocity, and customer acquisition costs.
- Process Automation: Identify repetitive tasks within GTM processes and create scalable solutions using tools like Python, Zapier, or Monday.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a technical partner to GTM teams, helping them optimize tools and workflows to achieve revenue goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest tools and practices in RevOps and GTM engineering to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support for troubleshooting issues with GTM systems, ensuring minimal disruption to team operations.
Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Ability to analyze and interpret sales and revenue data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience maintaining and managing CRM systems such as Hubspot.
- Familiarity with low-code platforms (e.g., Airtable, Zapier) and AI tools for workflow automation and process optimization.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools for reporting and forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Preferred Experience
- Basic coding proficiency in languages such as Python or JavaScript, with experience writing scripts for data automation and process improvement.
- Experience working across multiple departments (sales, marketing, operations, product), demonstrating ability to understand and bridge different team perspectives and requirements.
