Job Title: Assistant Manager- Global Sales Operations
Location: Gurgaon, Work from Office (5 days a week)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Manager - Global Sales Operations. This role focuses on ensuring our CRM (HubSpot) is consistently updated in coordination with regional teams, providing accurate and timely insights for performance tracking. This position works alongside the Head of Sales Operations on critical business reviews and contributes to board presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
CRM (HubSpot) Management:
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of the CRM, coordinating with sales teams across various regions.
- Monitor data integrity and optimize CRM processes to support the global sales function.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data entry, reporting, and CRM usage to enhance user experience and sales productivity.
Sales Performance Management:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics at regional and global levels.
- Identify areas for improvement, driving actionable insights to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Support forecasting, pipeline management, and monthly/quarterly sales review processes.
Business Reviews and Board Deck Preparation:
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales Ops to prepare materials for business reviews and board presentations.
- Gather relevant data, craft narratives, and visualize key metrics to communicate sales performance insights effectively.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and professionalism in reporting for high-level reviews.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with regional sales teams, marketing, finance, and other departments to align goals and processes.
- Lead initiatives to improve CRM adoption, usage, and functionality, supporting global collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in Sales Operations or Sales Enablement role, CRM management (HubSpot preferred), or related field, with experience in multinational or large-scale environments.
- Skills: Proficiency in HubSpot or similar CRMs, advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Other Requirements: Strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proven experience collaborating with senior leaders.
