Group CFO
Overview
The Group CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the financial stewardship, strategic planning, and long-term value creation of Insignia Group of Companies.
This role goes far beyond traditional finance operations. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner to the Group MD and Board, supporting growth initiatives, international expansion, product development, and M&A, while ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and disciplined capital allocation.
The CFO will lead all group-wide finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury, tax, risk management, compliance, and investor/shareholder reporting, across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Group MD and Board on financial performance, growth strategy, and capital allocation.
- Lead group-wide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modelling.
- Support strategic initiatives including market expansion, new product launches, partnerships, and M&A activity.
- Ensure financial strategy is aligned with the Group’s commercial objectives and brand positioning.
- Oversee group accounting, consolidation, and statutory reporting across all entities and jurisdictions.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent financial reporting to senior management, shareholders, and regulators.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and governance frameworks.
- Lead audit processes and manage relationships with external auditors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) strongly preferred.
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience, ideally as Group CFO or Finance Director in a multinational environment.
- Experience within financial services, payments, fintech, luxury services, or similar complex, regulated industries.
- Proven track record of supporting business growth, international expansion, and complex group structures.
