Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) | SaaS | PE | 100% remote.
Situation: Founder led £20m SaaS / Software client exiting to PE needs to hire an Interim CFO.
Profile required: Multiple CFO roles | Experience of an exit to PE | SaaS / Software.
- An experienced Interim CFO with multiple financial leadership (CFO/FD) roles on your CV.
- Transacted an exit on behalf of shareholders - this could be for a Founder and / or PE house.
- Experienced in the software industry, this could be in an owner managed / PE backed software business.
- Length of assignment: 9 months.
- Rate: £1000-£1200 per day.
- 100% remote – you could be based anywhere as long as you meet the criteria above.
