Position Overview:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a vital member of the executive team at P&S Group, driving financial strategy, operations, and performance. The CFO will also spearhead fundraising efforts to secure the capital needed for growth initiatives and ensure the company achieves its long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Provide financial forecasts, budgets, and performance analyses to guide decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
- Fundraising and Capital Management:
- Lead fundraising efforts, including debt, equity, and alternative financing.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, and potential partners.
- Prepare and deliver compelling pitches, financial models, and business cases to secure funding.
- Assess and negotiate terms for major investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
- Financial Management and Operations:
- Oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounting, reporting, and compliance.
- Monitor cash flow, financial performance, and fund allocations.
- Ensure robust financial controls and policies are in place.
- Risk Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate governance requirements.
- Manage insurance and investment strategies to safeguard company assets.
- Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Collaborate with other executives to drive company-wide strategies.
- Present financial updates and recommendations to the board of directors.
- Business Strategy Contribution:
- Partner with the CEO and other executives to develop long-term business plans.
- Provide insights on market trends and their financial implications.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of fundraising, financial planning, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Expertise in corporate finance, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (mandatory).
- MBA or CPA/CA certification (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹360,386.81 per month
