Job Summary:
Our company is looking for a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee the company’s financial operations and drive business growth. The CFO will be responsible for financial planning, risk management, compliance, and optimizing the company’s financial performance. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in corporate finance, budgeting, and investment strategies, preferably in the construction, infrastructure, or manufacturing sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute financial strategies, policies, and risk management frameworks.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Analyze financial data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage fundraising, capital structure, and financial investments, including liaising with banks and investors.
- Drive cost optimization and financial efficiency across business units.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and provide data-driven insights.
- Lead M&A activities, investment decisions, and expansion strategies.
- Implement internal controls, audits, and risk assessment frameworks.
- Oversee and mentor the finance and accounts team to ensure effective financial operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial management, taxation, auditing, and compliance.
- Experience in construction, real estate, manufacturing, or infrastructure sectors is preferred.
- Proven ability to handle fundraising, investor relations, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and financial forecasting tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Education & Certifications:
- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
