Chief Financial Officer
We are currently looking to fill a CFO role within the parent company “TOPCO”. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle accounting, including preparation of public filings. It is important that this individual is familiar with the public company regulatory filings, timelines, and has an illustrated track record.
Experience with MD&A reporting is also mandatory, therefore strong written skills are an asset. Excellent communication skills are very important as there will be numerous staff reporting to the CFO. There is also the need for clear communication between the CFO and CEO. This is an excellent opportunity for growth and responsibility.
Skills and Requirements:

Providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting team

Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team

Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting

Advising on long-term business and financial planning

Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders

Reviewing all formal finance, HR, and IT-related procedures

Previous experience in a Public Company
Proficient in MS Office
- Word, Excel, Outlook

MBA, CPA, and CFA designations
