We are seeking a highly skilled and financially intelligent professional to serve as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Financial Strategy Manager. This individual will drive financial strategy, create advanced models, review financial statements, and manage a high-performing team. They will play a crucial role in shaping the financial future of the organization by providing strategic financial oversight, risk management, and operational efficiency. Strong financial literacy, leadership skills, and expertise in Excel are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and analyze complex financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
- Build detailed business proformas and financial models to evaluate new opportunities and business ventures.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and cash flow management to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Work closely with executive management to develop new business models and execute financing and funding strategies.
- Identify, structure, and secure financing solutions, including debt and equity funding, to support business expansion.
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of financial statements, budgets, and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership, operations, and other departments to drive business growth.
- Identify key financial risks and opportunities, implementing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on market trends.
- Design and automate financial reporting processes using Excel and other analytical tools to improve efficiency.
- Present financial findings and recommendations in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and corporate governance best practices.
- Drive capital allocation strategies, fundraising efforts, and investor relations to support business expansion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field - CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial leadership role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., financial modeling, pivot tables, macros, VBA).
- Strong financial literacy and deep understanding of financial statements, KPIs, and industry benchmarks.
- Proven ability to develop and implement financial strategies across various industries.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience leading finance teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and investor relations is a plus.
- Expertise in financing and raising capital, including securing debt and equity funding.
