Overview
Bawa Group a real estate development and hotel operations group is seeking a strategic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the financial strategy of our organization. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company's future by providing leadership in financial planning, risk management, and corporate finance. This executive position requires a deep understanding of financial services, business development, and the ability to negotiate effectively with stakeholders.
Duties
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and account reconciliation.
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Lead risk management initiatives to identify potential financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with other executives to support business development efforts and drive revenue growth.
- Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain the integrity of financial reporting.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
