Stone London is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individualto oversee and coordinate all aspects of the sales process. The ideal candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, manage legal processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. This role requires a personable individual with strong communication and proactive skills to manage sales operations and support the sales team effectively.
Job Description, Role & Responsibilities
· Sales Progression & Pipeline Management
Oversee the entire sales progression process, ensuring transactions move efficiently from reservation to exchange and completion.
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking key milestones and proactively identifying potential delays.
Liaise with developers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and buyers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Monitor legal and buying processes and proactively follow up with the relevant parties to identify and mitigate potential delays.
Prepare comparable evidence and mortgage valuation packs.
Attend property surveys with surveyors to provide necessary insights and documentation.
· Customer & Client Communication
Act as the main point of contact for buyers, guiding them through the sales process and addressing any concerns.
Provide regular updates to developers on sales progression, ensuring they are informed of any risks or outstanding issues.
Work closely with New Homes Sales Managers to ensure seamless handovers and a positive customer journey.
Required Skills
· Attention to detail and organisation
· Communication and relationship management in all forms of media
· Proactive mindset and a positive temperament
· Previous experience in property and/or sales progression (New Homes preferable)
Hours of Work:8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, the occasional weekend when required
Salary:£32,000 - £37,000 DOE
Experience in Property/New homes sales is preferred.
