The role of a " Retail & Sales Operations manager" is a senior position responsible for overseeing all aspects of retail sales operations within an organization. He will report to Retail Head - AVP.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance operational efficiency across all retail locations.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance metrics, conduct regular analyses, and provide actionable insights to improve sales effectiveness.
- Budgeting and Financial Management: Oversee budgeting processes, manage operational costs, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Customer Experience Enhancement: Drive initiatives aimed at improving customer experience, ensuring that service standards are consistently met.
- Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Optimize inventory management practices, ensuring that stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand while minimizing excess.
- Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, and supply chain teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and implement sales technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and data analytics capabilities.
- Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all retail operations comply with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

- Extensive experience in retail and sales operations, with a proven track record in a leadership role
- Experience 10+ years
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
