What are we looking for? Here is what you need: • Strong graphic design skills • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) • Knowledge of Accenture s branding guidelines • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Ability to learn quickly, collaborate effectively within a team, handle conflicts, and meet deadlines. Extra credit if you have: • 1 or more years of experience doing similar work. • Graduate in any stream • Exposure to CMS tools/platforms • Understanding of Microsoft product offerings; basic technology quotient You May Also Need: • A home office or work area that is suitable for productive remote work, per local guidelines. Roles and Responsibilities: The Work: As a Content Management Associate, you are part of a team of expert graphics designers who provide the most current, relevant, and accurate information to support Accenture’s sales pursuits. You develop graphics in line with the company’s sales strategy and branding guidelines, while ensuring the quality of the material hosted on our knowledge repositories, by: • Modifying and updating images using software such as Adobe Creative Cloud and MS Office Suite • Sanitizing and scrubbing confidential information in images and other graphic elements, including tables, SmartArt, charts, and shapes. • Formatting and re-aligning large Word and PowerPoint documents • Ideating and creating presentation decks, job aids, user guides, process maps, banners, emailers, and posters • Performing graphics quality reviews • Collaborating closely with team members and stakeholders to support graphics requirements • Participating and contributing to process improvement initiatives
