Job Description:-
- Documentation, including process flows/diagrams and user guides
- Commissions processing support
- Pipeline and Forecast Support
- Process innovation and improvement
- Support sales automation tasks to ensure smooth processes execution.
- Enhance and create sales reports and extract insights from them. Leverage the insights to improve the North America Sales process.
- Collaborate with the multiple functions across Sapiens this includes Marketing/Pre Sales/Products/Business Development
Required Skills and Qualifications: -
- Experienced with Salesforce system
- Understanding of sales principles and metrics, including win rates
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
- Experience in generating and presenting reports to various stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) are a must
- Creative thinker with the ability to come up with innovative solutions
- Strong program Management & problem-solving skills
